4. Quotes, Scheduling, and Payment
- Quotes provided through the Site are estimates only and are subject to change based on an on-site assessment.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
- Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible; fees may apply for late cancellations, consistent with our scheduling policy.
5. Warranties and Disclaimers
Perry Plumbing performs work in accordance with applicable industry standards and local codes. Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement or warranty provided to you:

Program name: Perry Plumbing Alerts. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, forms, or in-person paperwork, you agree to receive text messages from Perry Plumbing related to:

Standard Disclosures

Program Details
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Transactional and service messages are sent as needed in connection with an active appointment, quote, or invoice, and you will receive no more than 10 such messages per month.
- If you have separately opted in to promotional messages, you will receive no more than 4 promotional messages per month. Combined, you will not receive more than 10 messages per month from our program.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan, and you are solely responsible for them.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may still use our services without opting in to SMS communications.
- You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messaging program.
- Messages are sent using automated technology. Your agreement to these Terms constitutes your written consent to receive such messages.
Opt-In
You may opt in by submitting your phone number through our website contact/booking forms, over the phone, or in person, and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages. By opting in, you represent that you are the authorized subscriber or primary user of the mobile number you provide.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (619) 472-2112 or emailing info@perryplumbingco.com. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from phone or email contact regarding an active service request or an outstanding invoice.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier coverage and reliability may vary. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to Your Mobile Number
You agree to notify us promptly if you change or deactivate the mobile number associated with your account, so that we do not send messages intended for you to a person who has been assigned your former number. You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your failure to do so.
Privacy of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing categories and will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile Information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of our messages — such as our messaging platform, scheduling software, and customer support tools — and those parties are prohibited from using it for their own marketing. Your phone number and information collected through our SMS program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Message Content and Security
Text messages are not a secure or confidential channel. Please do not send credit card numbers, bank account details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information by text. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the messaging program at any time, including for abusive, unlawful, or automated use.
10. Privacy

11. Indemnification
