Why Indian Wells Properties Develop Sewer Problems

Will the golf course, turf, or landscaping be disturbed?

Will palm roots come back after lining?
The roots stay in the soil, but they can no longer get into the pipe. Root intrusion happens at joints and cracks, and the cured liner is one continuous surface with neither. That’s the durable fix, unlike root-cutting, which buys you a season.
Does the desert heat affect the liner or the curing process?
No. The cure is controlled by our equipment, not ambient conditions, and the finished epoxy liner is stable across a far wider temperature range than a sewer line ever experiences underground. If anything, the liner is more resistant to Coachella Valley soil chemistry than the original cast iron was.
Should I have my line inspected before selling?
It’s worth considering. A camera inspection tells you whether there’s an issue before a buyer’s inspector finds it, which puts you in a much stronger position. Either the line is clean and you can say so with footage, or you address it on your terms rather than during escrow negotiation.
