What Trenchless Pipelining Is
Cured-in-place pipe lining rehabilitates a damaged sewer or drain without removing it. An epoxy-saturated liner is pulled into the pipe, inflated against the interior wall, and cured until it hardens into a seamless, corrosion-resistant new pipe formed inside the existing one.

Why Moreno Valley Lines Fail
- Expansive clay soils. Much of the valley sits on soils that swell when saturated and shrink when they dry out. That cycle works on buried pipe season after season, producing offsets where sections no longer align and bellies where a low spot collects waste and never fully drains.
- Boom-era ABS pipe. Homes built during the heavy growth years were plumbed with ABS, and certain resin batches from roughly 1984 to 1990 became brittle over time and crack at fittings and along the pipe body. A house from that window deserves a look.
- Truck and equipment loading. In and around the logistics corridor, laterals and building drains under driveways, truck courts, and loading areas carry loads they were never designed for. Repeated heavy axle traffic crushes and deforms pipe, particularly at shallow depth.

- Mature tract landscaping. Trees planted when a subdivision opened in 1990 now have thirty-plus years of root development, and they find any joint that leaks.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pipelining in Moreno Valley
My house was built in the 1990s. Isn’t it too new for this?
Not necessarily. Soil movement doesn’t care how old the house is, and neither do roots. We also see brittle-resin ABS cracking in homes from the late 80s and early 90s. That said, plenty of the lines we camera in newer tracts turn out to need cleaning and nothing more. Finding that out costs far less than assuming the worst.
Can pipelining fix a belly or a sag in the line?
This is the honest answer: lining does not re-grade a pipe. If a section has sagged into a low spot, the liner follows that same low spot. What lining does do is seal the cracks and joints in a bellied section and smooth the interior so waste moves through far better than it did in rough, corroded pipe. For a shallow belly that’s often enough to end the recurring stoppages. For a severe one, the section needs to be excavated and re-graded, and we’ll tell you that rather than sell you a liner that won’t solve it.
A truck crushed the line under our driveway. Can that be lined?
It depends on how far the deformation has gone. A pipe that’s deformed but still has a continuous open path can often be cleaned, reshaped where possible, and lined. A section that’s fully crushed or collapsed has to be excavated and replaced before the rest can be lined. The camera answers this in minutes.
Do you line large-diameter commercial and warehouse lines?
Yes. Commercial building drains, mains, and larger-diameter lines are a significant part of what we do, and we also offer large diameter sewer inspection for facilities that need to assess a system before deciding anything.
Will our facility have to shut down?
